Needless to say, I hope this message finds you well, healthy and somewhat happy as I think the kind of happy we all want is not very attainable at this present moment. It has been a very interesting four months as I, and maybe you, went "underground" at the start of April. I was thankfully involved in April and June with two interthons/telethons for the Rockland County-based food bank People to People and will be involved again with them in September (see below).

Besides those two events I really kept to myself as I have been working on my old barn a good deal of the time and also spent three weeks cleaning out my childhood home in Tappan, NY as we get ready to say goodbye to those four walls. Sad as that may be, the wonderful thing about good memories is that they stay with you as you move throughout life.

In case you missed messaging on Facebook/Instagram, I cancelled my annual Summer Tour of 22 shows that would have run from July 10th to August 3 which is today so it's as good of a day as any to be writing up an emailer! I also had to cancel the Rockland Bergen Music Festival which was to take place this year in September on Labor Day Weekend and also Light of Day Europe which was to take place from late November to mid-December. This is all due to COVID-19 and the travel restrictions that have been put in place. I, like many others, hope a vaccine will be on the market in early 2021 and then all the above shows can take place once again.

What I do have coming up though are five events, two online and three outdoors (socially distance rules in effect). It will be six months from my last concert (Turning Point) to these first shows. I can't remember the last time I have had that much time between gigs. I am going to say never dating back to November of 1989 when I first started out and we were called "Three Chords & The Truth" at that time!!
