Written early July 2003 watching "Pooh's Grand Adventure" with Lisa and Guthrie.
There was one line said from Pooh to Christopher Robin that struck me right in the heart: "the best part of the day is when you and I become we!". I had my guitar in hand and started thinking of the opposite side of that equation. When people are no longer "we," be it through break-ups, passing or just what life sometimes deals us. It's a sad song but also a pretty song. Funny how those two work together in song.
